As the first World Expo in the Middle East, Africa and South Asia (MEASA) region, Expo 2020 Dubai welcomed visitors from every corner of the globe to join the making of a new world.

Expo 2020 Dubai provided visitors with a visually striking, emotionally inspiring 182 days, as more than 200 participants – including nations, multilateral organisations, businesses, and educational institutions – created the largest and most diverse World Expo ever.

Beijing Yilian was authorised to organise eight international exhibitions at Expo 2020 Dubai site (details below). It was also one of the authorised ticket resellers, and one of the suppliers for LED gear, fencing, shuttle vehicles for Expo site.

We delivered full-cycle LED screen services covering on-site installation, system debugging, real-time content playback, routine inspection and ongoing maintenance throughout Expo 2020 Dubai. Fencing Supply

Expo 2020 Dubai occupied an extensive venue and welcomed enormous crowds, with rigorous standards governing site security and spatial planning. Throughout the exhibition, we delivered comprehensive fencing solutions, consisting of standard divider fences, protective hoardings and crowd management barriers. We supplied custom shuttle vehicles for use across the Expo grounds. Engineered to endure the region’s extreme desert heat, the vehicles ran reliably round-the-clock. They supported general visitor transfers, VIP pick-ups and daily site patrols, boosting mobility efficiency and maintaining the Expo’s high operational standards throughout the exhibition.
